Lunch was interesting yesterday. I drove to city hall to pay our utilities and my parking fine. Then to GICU to deposit my roommates' rent checks. Then to the post office to buy some stamps. Then home to grab my earphones. Then to Martin Property Management to drop off the rent check. Then back home because I left the check there. Then back to MPM. Then to McD's to grab some lunch to go. Then back to work.
I've been talking to this chick lately. She's pretty cool. Eh, just friendship I suppose. We'll see. I don't really mind whichever version of this is going down. Chatting with her definitely helps pass the time at work, and she's pretty cool to drink with too.
Oh, so I forgot to pay my tickets I got in Omaha, so they issued a warrant. I got a friend in Omaha (Thanks Justin!) to go pay my tickets for me. What an awesome dude. I paypaled him $5 extra anyhow cause that's how I roll.
According to the Iowa Student Loan website my consolidation has gone through. Now I just have to see if it shows up on the dept of ed website this month. I really hope so, since it'll drop my payments by about $300 per month. I owe just shy of $500 this month to the dept of ed. Ouch. Also I saw that my request for a due date move went through quickly. Rather than paying $500 on the 7th, I have to pay by the 21st. Let's hope it goes through by then so I won't even have to pay that :)
So because I found myself with extra money this paycheck, I updated the car savings graph. After double checking all my math, I might transfer more money over to car savings.
