Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding

So I was on vacation for this past week. My Plans? Warcraft, of course. On Tuesday (at midnight) they released the Burning Crusade expansion. It raised the level cap to 70 and added a whole new world to explore. So at midnight I bought it and started playing.
Lots of fun. Before it came out I decided my goal was to hit level 65 before my vacation ended. I did that around 11pm today, so that's all good. Got a few new toys to play with in the form of new spells, and got a few upgrades to some old ones. Lots of new armor, too. Since people are replacing their epics with the new stuff we're finding, it makes me feel much better about not having all those epics in the first place. I can't wait to hit 70 and we start raiding.
Aside from WOW, I went to Des Moines for a couple days to hang out with Blaine. Of course we mostly played WOW. And by mostly, I mean exclusively.
So all in all it was a pretty relaxing week. There's nothing quite like not doing anything. I suppose that means I've got a simplistic outlook on life, but that's just how it is. Kinda like in Office Space. What would I do with a million dollars? Nothing. And I'd love it.
Oh, I did pick up Wario Ware Smooth Moves. It's pretty fun. Had a few people over on Friday night to play.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at work tomorrow. I have no doubt they've entered plenty of new bugs for me to work on, and we're probably going to be busy planning the next iteration of our software.
I think for my next vacation I'd like to travel or something. It'd be a lot nicer to have someone to go with. Maybe Vegas, or a cruise. I dunno. Of course by then I'll have a new car. A road trip?
