Align screen, set time.
Allow Sprint customizations to run.
Insert memory card.
Install Total Commander to memcard
Copy pim.vol back to main memory.
Soft Reset.
verify PIM data in calendar and contacts
change windows theme from annoying yellow back to bluegreen.
install devicelock to main mem
in settings -> device lock -> lock on wake
install fp7 (flash player) to memcard
install google maps
install HTC home plug
install oggsync to memcard
install ppcgeeks MMS to memcard
allow device to restart
install PHM regedit to memcard
install SiriusCE to memcard
install tcpmp to memcard
copy fonts to windows/fonts
copy rings to windows/rings
copy start menu items
copy windows/ to windows/
launch regedit
import slidesound.reg
in settings/buttons, change email button to Left Softkey
in settings/buttons, disable keyboard backlight sensor
in settings/input, unselect "add a space after word"
in settings/menus, remove everything, activate calculator, device lock, google maps, running programs, shopping list
in settings/owner information, type my name
in settings/phone, choose oldPhone ringer
in settings/sounds and notifications, new email->vibrate, new txt->fanfare-short+vibrate, voicemail->donttazeme
in settings/today, remove everything, activate htc home, device lock, calendar, tasks
in settings/screen, enable cleartype and bump font size up a notch.
in connections/beam, uncheck.
open pictures & video, find optimus, make him the today background with 0% transparency

add stuff to HTC Home's launcher
Set up email accounts.
