SO, my first week at West Corporation is over. It went alright. I learned a bunch, etc. etc. I don't really know how to answer the "How was your first week?" question, because "alright" is about the only answer I can come up with.

This weekend I'm going to Des Moines to pick up my McPaycheck (probably my last one, I think) and my State of Iowa refund, which my mom called and told me has arrived. Thank goodness for that at least. I can pay off my delinquent student loan stuff and pay mom some money, and have some to live on for a week. Kinda.

Even though my rent for March is free at the new place, I still have to leave a check for my old place. Dammit.

About a week ago a girl I used to know contacted me again. It's weird, I don't really remember much but I do know I used to know her. It's really weird that even though we haven't been in contact for about 13 years, half our lives (she's 2 days younger than me), we have a lot in common. Weird stuff.
